Upon successful payment verification and transaction completion, you will receive:

An order confirmation email containing transaction details and receipt
A secure, unique download link or access credentials to retrieve your Digital Products
Installation instructions, license keys, or activation codes (where applicable)
Access to customer support channels and product documentation

Important: Download links are valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Please download and securely store your Digital Products promptly. After the expiration period, you may request a link renewal by contacting customer support. No physical products are shipped; all deliveries are digital and instantaneous upon payment confirmation.

WordPress Themes & Plugins

WordPress products are delivered as downloadable ZIP files containing all necessary theme/plugin files, documentation, and installation guidelines. These products are designed to be uploaded directly through your WordPress dashboard.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes

Payment Failures
