1. Definitions

  • “Digital Product”: Any downloadable content (e.g., PDF recipes, guides, templates) sold on the Website.

  • “Customer,” “you,” “your”: The person or entity purchasing or using a Digital Product.

  • “PDF OnTheGo by S&M,” “we,” “us,” “our”: The owner/operator of the Website and Digital Products.

  • “Payment Gateway”: Third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Skrill) handling payment transactions.

2. Eligibility

  • By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • You agree that all account, payment, and delivery details you provide are accurate and up to date.

  • Order Placement: Select products and follow the checkout process.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, Skrill, and any listed gateways.

  • Currency, Pricing, and Conversion: All prices on our Website are displayed in United States Dollar (USD) by default. For your convenience, you may view or pay in other major currencies such as Euro (EUR), Brunei Dollar (BND), or other local currencies depending on your location and payment gateway. Our platform or payment provider may automatically convert the price to your local currency using real-time exchange rates at the time of purchase.   • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a secure download link.

  • Download links are valid for 14 days from purchase—please save your files promptly.

  • All products are digital; no physical items are shipped.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: Request a refund within 24 hours of purchase at [email protected] or via WhatsApp (see contact page).

  • Pre-Download Cancellations: If you have not downloaded your product, request a refund within 48 hours.

  • Exceptions: Refunds may not be granted after downloading, except at our discretion in special cases.

  • Process: Email your order number and reason for refund/cancellation.

All purchases must be made with valid payment methods, and you may not use stolen or unauthorized accounts. Any attempt to obtain our ebooks through fraudulent means, such as using fake identities, stolen credit cards, or chargebacks after download, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Digital products are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing purchased PDF files without our permission is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination and legal consequences. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious activities.

Monitoring

We actively monitor transactions and user activity for suspicious or fraudulent behavior. If we suspect any such activity, we reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts without notice. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required by law.

7. License and Permitted Use

Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You May:

  • Print or save a copy for your personal use.

You May Not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Digital Product in any format.

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, branding, or attribution notices.

  • Claim content as your own intellectual property.

  • Templates (e.g., Canva, Photoshop): Some templates may require a free or paid account on third-party platforms. Your use is also subject to those platforms’ terms and policies (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Stripe).

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, graphics, designs, and Digital Products are the exclusive intellectual property of PDF OnTheGo by S&M or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All ebooks and digital products are copyright © PDF OnTheGo by S&M. All rights reserved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF OnTheGo by S&M is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Digital Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDF OnTheGo by S&M, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses related to your misuse of the products or breach of these Terms.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam & Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei Darussalam & Malaysia.

  • Some products require you to register or log in with third-party platforms (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, privacy, and copyright policies.

Using these templates requires a valid account or license with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, ChatGPT, or other applicable platforms. Please review and comply with their terms of service, licensing, and copyright policies before use.

  • Templates & Copyright: All digital templates are MasterLevi’s original creations or used under appropriate licenses. Redistribution or resale of our templates is not permitted without permission.

  • Account Requirements: Some templates or resources require you to sign up for a free or premium account on third-party platforms (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, ChatGPT). Usage is always subject to the platform’s own terms and policies.

  • Digital Product Compliance: We adhere strictly to PayPal, Stripe, and Skrill policies for digital goods. Our products do not include financial advice and comply with all platform requirements for eligibility and permitted content.
